This User Agreement formally stipulates the standard terms for all users to download, install and use the Glamorix application and its affiliated functional services. This agreement applies to all usage behaviors of users accessing and operating the application. By opening and using Glamorix, all users confirm that they fully understand and voluntarily accept all clauses of this agreement and agree to abide by all service rules and usage specifications formulated by the application.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data. All service operations of Glamorix follow the local processing rule, and no user facial data will be involved, obtained or stored in any usage link.
Glamorix is a local text-to-image outfit preview tool that provides users with intelligent outfit image generation services. Users can input English outfit descriptions, select exclusive style templates and custom aspect ratios on the creation page, and generate 1 to 4 real outfit effect pictures through local AI computing. All image generation operations are completed on the user's local device without any network transmission of user operation information. The application does not collect any facial data during all service execution processes.
The application supports local gallery management functions including work viewing, saving and sharing. All generated works are only retained in the local device space, and users have independent and complete control over all local content resources.
Glamorix adopts a no account usage mode. Users can directly use all core functions and paid services of the application without registering, logging in or submitting any personal identity information. The application does not set up any user account system, and there is no data storage channel for user identity information. Based on the fully local operation mechanism, the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Users shall use Glamorix services in compliance with public order and good customs and relevant usage norms. Users shall not use the application to generate inappropriate, offensive, illegal or non compliant content. Users shall bear full responsibility for all text description input and content generation results produced during the use of the application. The application completes all content processing locally and does not collect any facial data or other biometric information of users.
All operation records, parameter setting data and generated image works of Glamorix are only stored in the local storage space of the user's mobile device. The application does not set up any external server storage and data synchronization mechanism. All user usage data only exists locally and will not be exported or transmitted to any external platform. The whole local storage process does not involve the collection and storage of any user facial data.
Users have full independent control over all local data generated by the application. Users can independently view, save, share or delete local generated works and operation records at any time. When users actively delete local application data or clear single works, the corresponding content will be completely and permanently erased from the local device without any data residue. The application does not retain any user facial data, and no facial data will be generated or stored in the whole usage process.
Glamorix provides a coin based point consumption mechanism for image generation services. Users can consume corresponding coins to generate different quantities of outfit effect pictures. The specific consumption standard is ten coins for one picture, fifteen coins for two pictures and twenty coins for four pictures. All consumption deduction operations are confirmed locally by users, and each deduction behavior requires independent user confirmation. The whole consumption process is completed locally on the device, and the application does not collect any facial data during consumption confirmation and execution.
The application provides Premium paid subscription services. Users who activate valid subscriptions can enjoy unlimited image generation privileges. All subscription services are completed through the native iOS StoreKit 2 channel, and the service price is uniformly obtained through remote localization pricing by the App Store. All subscription statuses and service rights are locally identified and effective on the user's device. The subscription service link does not involve any user personal information verification, and the application does not collect any facial data in subscription service scenarios.
Paid coins and subscription rights of Glamorix are only applicable to the local functional services of the application. All paid privileges are bound to the local device usage environment and do not support cross device migration, transfer or refund without special instructions. Users shall confirm the service content and rights in advance before payment and subscription to ensure compliance with personal usage needs.
All intellectual property rights of Glamorix including but not limited to application program code, interface design, functional framework, style template resources and service logic are exclusively owned by the developer. Users only obtain a limited personal non commercial usage right during the use of the application. No user shall copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disseminate or commercially use the application resources and functions without authorization.
The outfit effect pictures generated by users based on independent text settings belong to the user's personal creation content. Users have the right to independently save and share local generated works for personal non commercial use. The application only provides local AI generation technical support and does not occupy any ownership of user generated content. Meanwhile, due to the full local processing mechanism, the application does not collect any facial data related to users or generated content.
Glamorix provides users with local intelligent outfit preview generation services for personal reference only. All generated outfit effect pictures are intelligent simulation works, which are only used for user daily outfit reference and do not have commercial verification and professional apparel certification attributes. Users shall not take the generated content as the sole basis for commercial activities or professional decision making.
The application strictly follows the local processing mechanism during operation, does not collect any facial data and any user personal biometric information, and does not upload or store any user usage data. The application shall not be liable for any data loss caused by users' active deletion of local content, device system failures or manual misoperation. The application shall also not be liable for any disputes and losses caused by users' improper use of application functions and generated content.
The developer reserves the right to revise and update this User Agreement according to service iteration and functional optimization needs. The updated agreement content will be displayed synchronously in the application. Users' continuous use of Glamorix services after the agreement update is deemed as voluntary recognition and acceptance of the revised clauses. The core local privacy protection rule of the application will always remain unchanged, and the application will always adhere to the rule of not collecting any facial data in all updated service clauses.
