These Subscription Terms govern all Premium subscription services provided by the Glamorix application. By purchasing, activating or continuing to use the Glamorix Premium subscription service, users fully acknowledge, understand and agree to accept all the terms and rules stated in this document. The Premium subscription is a paid functional privilege service launched independently by Glamorix, aiming to provide users with advanced and unrestricted local text-to-image outfit generation service experience.
All subscription service data and user privilege identification are processed and stored locally on the user's device only. All subscription verification and functional unlocking logic run through local device identification, and the application does not collect any facial data, personal biometric information or private usage data during the entire subscription service process.
Users who successfully activate any valid Glamorix Premium subscription plan can permanently enjoy the following exclusive service benefits during the valid subscription period. All benefits take effect immediately after the system confirms the successful payment and are only applicable to local functional use of the application:
Glamorix provides four independent Premium subscription cycle plans for users to choose independently. All subscription plans are officially priced and synchronized through the iOS App Store, and the specific displayed price shall be subject to the real-time localized price pulled by the App Store. All subscription privileges are effective locally on the user's device and correspond to the purchased cycle one by one.
The weekly subscription plan is a short-term valid Premium service plan with a valid period of seven consecutive days. After successful purchase, users can unlock all Premium exclusive benefits within seven days. The plan supports automatic renewal by default, and users can actively turn off the automatic renewal function in the local device App Store subscription management interface at any time.
The quarterly subscription plan is a medium-term valid Premium service plan with a valid period of three consecutive months. Users can enjoy all unlimited generation privileges and priority support services during the valid cycle. The service cycle starts from the effective time of successful payment, and no interruption or backward delay of validity period will occur during the valid subscription period.
The semi annual subscription plan has a valid period of six consecutive months, covering longer-term Premium service privileges. Users who purchase this plan can stably enjoy all core subscription benefits for a long time, with no usage quantity and frequency restrictions throughout the cycle. The validity period is continuously accumulated and effective, and local service privileges will not be affected by normal application opening and closing operations.
The annual subscription plan is the longest-cycle Premium service plan with a valid period of twelve consecutive months. This plan provides the most cost-effective long-term service privilege. During the twelve-month valid period, users can use all Premium exclusive functions without restriction and enjoy persistent priority official support services.
All subscription services of Glamorix are completed through the native iOS StoreKit 2 payment channel. After the user completes the payment operation in the App Store, the application will locally verify the subscription qualification in real time and automatically unlock all Premium functional privileges. The whole activation process is completed locally and through official Apple channel verification, and no user personal data collection behavior is involved.
All subscription plans support automatic renewal service. The automatic renewal will be triggered within 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription cycle. The system will deduct the corresponding cycle fee through the user's bound App Store payment method. Users can check the valid subscription status, close automatic renewal or cancel subscription services in the device's App Store account subscription management interface at any time.
Glamorix Premium subscription privileges are only applicable to personal non-commercial use of local application functions. All subscribed functional rights and interests are bound to the local device usage environment and do not support cross-device migration, account transfer, gift giving or commercial authorization. Users shall not use Premium subscription privileges for illegal, improper or commercial derivative behaviors.
All subscription payments of Glamorix belong to virtual local functional service fees. After the subscription service is successfully activated and the functional privileges are unlocked locally, no refund application will be accepted for unused service cycles. If the user actively cancels the automatic renewal, the current valid subscription privileges will continue to take effect until the end of the current cycle, and the system will not automatically deduct fees for the next cycle.
If the user violates the usage specifications stipulated in the application user agreement and these subscription terms, the official has the right to terminate the user's subscription service qualification and functional privileges without refunding the paid subscription fees.
The Glamorix official team reserves the right to adjust and optimize subscription plan prices, service content and benefit rules according to service iteration and product optimization. The adjusted subscription rules will take effect after being displayed in the updated application version. The existing valid subscription privileges of users will not be affected by the rule adjustment during the current cycle.
